Carleton Builders was founded on a lifelong connection to building, craftsmanship, and hard work.Owner William Carleton grew up around construction, walking job sites and watching homes take shape from the ground up. Building was never just a job, it was a way of thinking, a way of solving problems, and a way of creating something lasting. That early exposure instilled a deep respect for quality, structure, and the responsibility that comes with building for others.

William began his professional career working for a custom home builder on Cape Cod, gaining hands-on experience from framing through finish work. Over the years, he steadily built his skill set, invested in tools and education, and earned his Construction Supervisor’s License. What started as side jobs and small remodels grew naturally into larger projects, additions, and full custom homes.
